  I cannot express enough what a FANTASTIC experience I had at the Rancho Mirage Pacific Sales! I have been purchasing appliances there for many years, but I just had to post this review because it's so deserving. The General Manager, Tim Landrum, exceeds all customer service expectations on every level. Actually, every staff member has been exceedingly excellent and professional. I would like to also give a high compliment to Lisa at the Front Desk. She is a great first impression when walking in with her friendly and welcoming personality. I have referred many friends and family to Pacific Sales in Rancho Mirage and will continue to do so. It's no wonder why they are the top selling store year after year!
